This overhaul includes replacing bearings, oil seals, and gaskets, as well as blasting the crankcase and cylinder head. Additionally, we offer optional replacements or upgrades at an additional cost, such as a new piston, Viton oil seals, Malossi bearings, a new cylinder, contact points, capacitor, crankshaft, and modifications to the crankcase for optimal performance.

Our overhaul process is thorough and precise: we start by carefully cleaning the clock, after which we replace all bearings and seals. Of course, we also fill the clock with new, high-quality oil to ensure smooth operation.

For just €65 euros, including VAT, you can come to us for a complete overhaul of your clock. We understand the importance of speed and efficiency; therefore, we aim to have your clock completely overhauled and back in top condition within 7 days. At Canton Mopeds, we are committed to quality and fast service, ensuring that the Vespa moped or snorkel clock functions like new again.

Ultrasonic Cleaning of the Carburetor

Is your moped or scooter experiencing a poorly running engine, and are you looking for an effective way to thoroughly clean your carburetor? Consider Canton Mopeds' ultrasonic cleaning service.

Our advanced ultrasonic cleaning technique, combined with strong cleaning fluids, ensures that even the most stubborn dirt is removed from all nooks and crannies of your carburetor. This method is so precise and safe that it is even used for cleaning precious jewelry, highlighting the quality and meticulousness of our approach.

For just €15 euros per carburetor, we ensure that your carburetor functions like new again. For larger quantities, we offer a custom quote. You can personally deliver your carburetor to us in Sittard or send it to us; after treatment, we will return it well packaged within 2 days. Bead blasting is an advanced technique where fine beads are blasted against the crankcase and head of your engine under high pressure. This method safely and effectively removes all paint and dirt, restoring your engine block to like-new condition.

For just €50 euros per block, we offer this bead blasting service. You can send us your engine block or deliver it personally by appointment. We aim to blast and return your engine within 2 days.
